Principiul DNSH (Do Not Significant Harm), tradus \u00een rom\u00e2n\u0103 ca \"A nu prejudicia \u00een mod semnificativ\", reprezint\u0103 o nou\u0103 obliga\u021bie la nivel European \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te evaluarea activit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i investi\u021biilor propuse \u00een cadrul Programelor de finan\u021bare. Acest principiu se bazeaz\u0103 pe Regulamentul European (UE) 2021\/2139 \u0219i (UE) 2020\/852, care stipuleaz\u0103 c\u0103 aceste activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i investi\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 fie evaluate \u00een func\u021bie de poten\u021bialul lor de a aduce prejudicii semnificative celor \u0219ase obiective de mediu.<\/p>\n

Cele \u0219ase obiective de mediu majore sunt:<\/p>\n

    Prin aplicarea principiului DNSH, se dore\u0219te asigurarea c\u0103 proiectele finan\u021bate, \u00een special cele din Planul Na\u021bional de Redresare \u0219i Rezilien\u021b\u0103 (PNRR), nu afecteaz\u0103 \u00een mod semnificativ aceste obiective de mediu.     New<\/span> FSC Certification<\/h2>\t\t\t\t

    FSC certification aims to ensure the traceability of certified products throughout the entire supply chain up to the source, i.e. the forest of origin of the wood material. Each individual company within the supply chain must present and demonstrate its own inputs and outputs of certified raw materials.<\/p>\n

    Thus, this form of certification is addressed to all companies that produce, process or sell FSC certified products or intend to become part of the supply chain.<\/p>\n

    In this sense, Regulation (EU) no. 995\/2010 establishes the obligations of operators who introduce wood and wood products on the domestic market for the first time and who must take the necessary measures to ensure that illegally harvested wood and wood products derived from it are not introduced on the market community.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    On 06.10.2021<\/strong> was published in the Official Gazette Decision no. 1074\/2021 on the establishment of the guarantee-return system (SGR) for non-reusable primary packaging, entering into force on 06.10.2021.
    <\/strong><\/p>\n


    The decision concerns NON-REUSABLE PACKAGING<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/p>\n

    Definition<\/strong>: packaging that has been conceived, designed and placed on the market to achieve, within its life cycle, a single cycle or a single rotation, not being able to be refilled or reused for the same purpose for which it was was conceived;<\/p>\n

    Marking<\/strong>: Manufacturers are obliged to mark the SGR packaging introduced on the national market with a representative symbol that indicates the product belongs to the warranty-return system and with a specific barcode.<\/p>\n

    Money guarantee<\/strong>: Starting from October 1, 2022<\/strong> and until at least September 30, 2023 the value of the guarantee is in the amount of 0.5 for all types of SGR packaging introduced on the market after October 1, 2022.<\/p>\n

    Type of packaging<\/strong>: non-reusable primary packaging made of glass, plastic or metal, with volumes between 0.1 l and 3 l (spirits, wines, water)<\/p>\n

    Warranty management:<\/strong> by system administrator.<\/p>\n
